At BARO Studio, customer feedback is more than something we listen to — it is something we act on.
Through our customer surveys, we learned that while major quality issues were rare, smaller quality issues could still occur after delivery.
We took that feedback seriously.
Since January 2025, BARO Studio has strengthened process control across both our Machining and Tooling Divisions, while continuously tracking customer-reported quality issues every month.
19 months later, the progress is becoming visible.
Machining Division
74.7% Reduction in Customer-Reported Quality Issues
Our Machining Division achieved a significant improvement in 2026.
Average monthly customer-reported quality issues decreased from 5.08 cases per month in 2025 to 1.29 cases per month in 2026 YTD.
That represents a 74.7% reduction.
This is an achievement worth celebrating — but more importantly, it is a level of quality we intend to sustain.
Through continuous process control, precision inspection, customer feedback, and corrective improvement, our Machining Division will continue working to maintain this performance and push it even further.
For BARO Studio, better CNC machining quality is not the result of a single improvement. It comes from continuously reviewing every process, every inspection, and every piece of customer feedback.
Tooling Division
Building a Stronger Foundation for Tooling Quality
For our Tooling Division, the second half of 2026 marks a new starting point.
Average monthly customer-reported quality issues improved from 4.08 cases per month in 2025 to 3.71 cases per month in 2026 YTD, representing a 9.0% reduction.
There is still more work ahead, and our next target is clear:
3 or fewer customer-reported quality issues per month.
Achieving an average of 3.0 cases per month would represent at least a 26.5% reduction compared with the 2025 monthly average.
Throughout the second half of 2026, we will place greater focus on strengthening the fundamentals of our Tooling Division — from process control and mold quality to inspection and continuous improvement.
Our goal is to make 2026 the year we build a stronger foundation for tooling quality.
Better Quality Is Built One Improvement at a Time
This is not about reaching zero overnight.
It is about identifying every customer-reported quality issue, understanding why it happened, learning from it, and continuously improving the process behind it.
At BARO Studio, we believe better quality is not built by saying:
“Good enough.”
It is built by asking:
“How can we make the next one better?”
And we’ll keep asking.
